The Bickens London Dry Gin was created by Langley Distillery and Gruppo Campari. The brand was launched in 2013 and was initially only available in Italy and Switzerland. The special thing is that the London Dry Gin is actually a blend of two different distillates. These both originate from the Langley Distillery and are based on the same ten botanicals, yet the recipes are different. A distillate is created in the over 100-year-old copper distillery Angela and the other (which is based on a 300-year-old recipe) in just one year of age Brenny Jenny. Bicken’s Gin is particularly dry and lemon-rich. Thus, it is particularly suitable for the preparation of classic gin cocktails, such as G & T or Negroni.
